Somatic Yoga

A personalised, small-group experience blending hatha yoga and somatic movement to help you slow down, release tension, and reconnect with your body. These inclusive sessions are open to all bodies and levels, offering practical tools to ease pain, improve mobility, and support your overall well-being, physically, mentally, and emotionally. I’m Charlotte Douglas, a somatic yoga teacher and therapist with 15 years of experience supporting people to reconnect with their bodies. My approach is gentle, grounded, and rooted in presence. I work with real people , not perfect poses, helping you slow down, feel more, and move in ways that bring ease, awareness, and trust back into your system. I teach in a way that’s invitational, not instructional, creating space to explore at your own pace, in your own way. My classes and sessions are about coming home to yourself, one breath, one moment at a time.

Our yoga classes take place at The Range in Thoulstone Park, conveniently located at the far end of the car park.

Our yoga classes are for everyone!

Please wear comfortable clothes that you can move freely in, you may like to bring socks and a jumper for the final relaxation. Everything else is provided, though you are welcome to bring your own mat if you prefer
