What is Pilates?
Pilates with Lucy is a welcoming, mixed-level mat Pilates class designed to help you build strength, improve posture and move with greater ease. Combining classic Pilates principles with a dynamic, flowing style, each session focuses on core stability, mobility and balance through controlled, mindful movement.
Whether you're completely new to Pilates or have years of experience, you'll enjoy a full-body workout that helps strengthen and lengthen the body, reduce tension and support everyday movement.

This class takes place at The Range at Thoulstone Park.
When you arrive and enter the car park, you’ll see The Range, the L-shape building on your right next to Racquet Garden — it’s the old golf clubhouse for those who remember.
If you’re visiting The Bat Barn, continue up the road alongside The Range and you’ll find it on the left.
A calm and welcoming setting designed for movement, wellbeing, and connection. Surrounded by nature to help you fully switch off and focus on your practice.
