The Bat Barn is designed specifically for one-to-one practitioner appointments, providing a private space separate from the main venue buildings.
Situated near the A36 and within easy reach of Bath, Frome, Westbury and Warminster, the venue combines accessibility with the tranquillity of a parkland environment for clients.

Two private treatment room
Private entrance for practitioner and clients
Heating and lighting
Complimentary Wi-Fi
The room is available on a dry-hire basis, allowing practitioners to set up the space according to their treatment needs.
Equipment & Setup
Practitioners are responsible for bringing their own equipment.
Please note:
Treatment couch is not provided
Equipment storage is not available on site
Equipment cannot be left set up between bookings
This allows practitioners to tailor the space to their specific therapy or consultation setup.

Pricing & Availability
The Bat Barn is currently available for practitioner hire on:
Tuesday – Thursday
9:00am – 4:00pm
Bookings are made on a full-day basis, allowing practitioners to schedule multiple client appointments throughout the day.
Practitioner Room Hire – £60 per day* (including VAT)
Minimum hire: full day (6 hours)
First hire day free for new practitioners
Discounted rates may be available for regular bookings
