What is Sports Massage?

A personalised, one-to-one treatment designed to reduce muscle tension, relieve pain, and support recovery.

Jon combines sports massage, deep tissue techniques, and gentle muscle release methods to help improve mobility, ease discomfort, and restore balance in the body. Each session is tailored to your individual needs, whether you're dealing with tightness, injury, or general wear and tear.

This class takes place at The Bat Barn at Thoulstone Park.

When you arrive and enter the car park, you’ll see The Range, the L-shape building on your right next to Racquet Garden — it’s the old golf clubhouse for those who remember.

If you’re visiting The Bat Barn, continue up the road alongside The Range and you’ll find it on the left.
