Yoga with Gemma

Wednesday (5:30 pm - 6:30 pm)

What is Body Balancing Workout?

Gemma’s classes are deeply rooted in her extensive education in both ancient philosophy and Western psychology. While her physical sequences are built around dynamic Vinyasa flows, each class weaves in a thought provoking theme to ensure students walk away learning something new about themselves or their practice. At the heart of her teaching is a commitment to building self-trust. Gemma encourages students to listen to their own bodies, empowering them to do, or not do, whatever feels right for them on that day. Because yoga has always been about much more than just the shapes we make with our bodies, Gemma aims to inspire her students to take their practice off the mat, and truly become their yoga.
